Tunisia Young Leaders Programme - Forming alliances and working with others - 10th March 2021

On the 10th of March, participants in the Tunisia Young Leaders programme met for the first in a three-part series examining principles for working with others and forming political alliances. This is seen as a key issue in Tunisia, where the nature of the polticial system encourages coalition government.The first session had participants engage in exercises to help them identify the values, aims and behaviours that they see as most important to them and their work. Introspection is essential to effective cooperation. Only by understanding your own motivations it is possible to work out where compromises are possible.
