Julian Weinberg travelled to Paris to meet with members of the French National Assembly, and senior figures within the Quai d'Orsay (France's Foreign Ministry). At these meetings Julian discussed recent developments in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the work of the Helsinki Policy Forum.
