The Director and Projects Officer hold meetings in Gaza, 23rd-25th April 2013

Oliver and Edward held meetings with senior political and community figures, UNRWA management and Palestinian youth. The meetings provided an update and a deep insight into the current situation in the Gaza Strip and the ongoing and future challenges to be faced, including increasing economic pressures, unemployment, governance and Palestinian political reconciliation.Oliver also spoke on a panel at the House of Wisdom Institute for Conflict Resolution and Governance on the implications of the resignation of Prime Minister Salam Fayyad.
