Seminar on nuclear proliferation in the Middle East, Oxford 19-21 September

The Nyon Process Manager, Julian Weinberg,  participated in a seminar on nuclear proliferation in the Middle East at Harris Manchester College, Oxford, 19-21 September.  The meeting convened experts from across the Middle East, but also Asia and the US and Europe to discuss the challenge of nuclear proliferation in the region, and how we might achieve the goal of a Middle East free of weapons of mass destruction.
