Policing: Palestinian-Israeli perspectives - 27th September 2021

On 27th September 2021, Forward Thinking facilitated a discussion on Northern Ireland's experience of policing in a divided conflict affected society. Joint List MK Aida Touma-Sliman convened a group of six prominent political and community leaders from Israel’s Palestinian-Israeli communities to identify the challenges facing several key aspects of policing in Israel. The session identified core issues of concern to help inform the group’s forthcoming visit to Northern Ireland in October 2021.
