Policing: Meeting with Israeli Minister for Public Security Omer Bar-Lev and Peter Sheridan OBE - 30th September 2021

On 30th September 2021, Forward Thinking hosted an online meeting between Israeli Minister for Public Security Omer Bar-Lev and Peter Sheridan to discuss the Northern Irish experience of policing in a conflict affected society. Peter is the CEO of Cooperation Ireland and former Assistant Chief Constable with the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) with over 32 years of policing experience in Northern Ireland. Discussions focused upon the reforms implemented in Northern Ireland and how they might translate to policing in Israel.
