Mustafa Barghouti visits London, February/March 2012

Mustafa Barghouti, the Palestinian democracy activist, politician and candidate for the presidency of the Palestinian Authority in 2005 (finishing second to Mahmoud Abbas), visited London at the end of February 2012. During this time he held meetings with MPs and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as well as with Forward Thinking, where the current challenges in the Israel-Palestine conflict and the status of the peace process were discussed.
