The Director holds meetings in Cairo, 30th April

Oliver travelled Cairo to hold a series of meetings with a variety of public officials and politicians. Oliver first met with Dr Emad Ghafour, assistant to President Morsi for Social Cohesion, and Miroslav Dusek, the Director of the World Economic Forum's MENA programme.Later Oliver held meetings with Dr Essam El-Haddad, assistant to President Morsi for External Relations and International Co-operation, and the EU Ambassador to Egypt, James Moran.These meetings presented Oliver with the opportunity to hear a wide-range of opinions on the political and economic challenges currently facing the Egyptian transition.
