‘Opportunities for Understanding’ Conference, Dublin, 1st-5th August 2018

Between the 1st-5th August, Forward Thinking facilitated a conference in Dublin exploring how divides may be bridged and understanding developed across the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Participants from the region explored the challenges that currently prevent engagement whilst also discussing practical ways of addressing them. In doing so, the conference sought to identify steps that can be taken, by figures with constituency, that will break the current impasse and help create a context that is more favourable for formal negotiations to take place.
