Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Timo Soini: Crisis management can achieve sustainable results

In a recent speech Timo Soini, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland, explored the need for greater crisis management in international affairs and identified two conditions for sustainable results:

  • The importance of local structures that can bear the responsibility for national security and stability.

  • The need for a comprehensive approach to crisis management.
