HPF meets MPs in Lebanon - 12th-14th December 2022

Political Dialogues Programme Officer, Abigail Storey, met with several Lebanese politicians in Beirut to discuss the work of the Women Parliamentarian Network (WPN) and Helsinki Policy Forum. Following on from the WPN meeting in Finland on the 30th of November, the trip was an opportunity to catch up with members of the Network and to discuss future plans. Abigail also attended the launching of the Public Hearing Sessions, the 'Economic Security of Women in Lebanon during Crises', in the Lebanese Parliament.
