HPF holds meetings in UAE and Saudi Arabia, 20th-22nd November

Over two days in late November Harry Higginson and Kimmo Laukkanen, Special Envoy for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to the Helsinki Policy Forum visited the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This provided an opportunity to meet with key contact points for the Helsinki Policy Forum including officials in Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Ministries of Health. Meetings. Discussions focused on recent developments in the Middle East and Europe, and developed the Forum’s plans for 2023.
