Forward Thinking hold workshop with Paul Alexander, 29th September 2016

On the 29th of September Forward Thinking held a workshop with Paul Alexander, a consultant in breakthrough agreements and former strategy negotiator for Google, at our offices in London.At the workshop Paul shared his experiences from the private sector and explored their relevance for the work of Forward Thinking. A wide range of topics were debated, including: key principles of negotiation, how to create conditions for trusting relationships, how to manage existing perceptions or bias, and the challenges around getting to agreement. The activities of Forward Thinking's current programmes were also discussed,  with Paul offering insights and identifying key questions for the team to consider.
