Evolving dynamics in Israel and Palestine, 15th-19th May 2018

Oliver McTernan visited Israel and Palestine between the 15th-19th of May for a series of meetings with senior political figures from across the political spectrum in both communities. Meetings provided an opportunity to evaluate the current status of Palestinian reconciliation and to explore how relations between Israel and Palestine have been effected by the recent protest movement at the Gaza border that culminated in the events of May 14th.Oliver also held meetings with representatives from the international community to discuss these evolving dynamics and their potential implications for regional stability and security.
