UK Programme - Upcoming Activities

In June, Forward Thinking will hold meetings with our community executive board and with our network of young leaders. Both groups are made up of ethnically, politically and culturally diverse individuals who each represent a unique constituency from areas such as London, the Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West.

Our agenda is both set and driven by Muslim communities and we work alongside them to develop our programmes. These meetings are a space to identify and explore their current needs, priorities and to discuss how we can work together to affect change through our activities.

Our strategic advisory group will also participate in the discussions. Using their backgrounds in diplomacy, national politics and policymaking, they provide invaluable expertise on how our work can be most effective in driving policy, legislative and social change.

These meetings take place alongside our regular bilateral engagement with community representatives from our network.
